Holding It All: Secondary Traumatic Stress and Collective Care for BIPOC Clinicians Working with Youth
This training group aids BIPOC clinicians working with youth affected by secondary traumatic stress. Participants will engage in reflection and dialogue to enhance resilience, reconnect with purpose, and develop sustainable, trauma-informed practices for supporting youth and families.
Participants will: Increase awareness of secondary traumatic stress and its impact on BIPOC clinicians, Engage in reflection, connection, and shared understanding, Develop sustainable practices rooted in cultural humility and self-compassion. At the end of this course you will receive 3 CEU’s
